Analysing the behaviour of plasma systems by measuring the characteristic light emitted by ions and excited molecules.

Uses electro-optic monochromator.

Can operate in spectrum mode,chronogram mode or triggered pulse mode

Wavelength range 250-800 nm

Time resolution (pulse mode) down to 20 ns
