Nanotechnology Cluster Programme

FinDNano is developed and operated within the Nanotechnology Cluster Programme, part of F

inland's national Centre of Expertise Programme. The mission of the Nanotechnology Cluster

Programme is to foster and strengthen the development and implementation of nano and micro technologies and future materials in Finnish companies.

Tekes FinNano programme

Tekes funds study, exploitation and commercialisation of nanoscale systems and phenomena occurring on a nanoscale through the FinNano programme. The five year programme runs until 2010.

Academy of Finland, FinNano research programme

The Research Programme on Nanoscience (FinNano) is a funding source for basic research in nanoscience. The programme combines nanoscale research in chemistry, physics and biosciences and supports the overall development of the field in Finland. The four year programme runs until 2010.

The website makes visible expertise and research infrastructures in nanoscience and technology on a European level.  Virtual European Nanolab is an initiative of NanoSciERA.
